Getting money back from Optionbit

After I applied for a withdraw, Optionbit stole my fund.

My account is close and there are no agent or manager that is aware of my account.

I have made some screenshots when my account was still active with the balance of my deposit and bonus. I apply for my deposit €250 and now Optionbit stole my deposit and deactivated my account.

Then they made excuses that I have more then 1 account and transfer the money to that account, which is not true and beyond my knowledge.

How can I get my money back?I have send a complain to the CySEC and the Financeombudsman.gov.cy. What can I do more?

I need the money, I am not rich, a retired old lady
