I deposited funds with HBC Brokers. I requested a withdrawal after getting suspicious.

I’ve been waiting 3 weeks, the Brokers ignore my emails after the withdrawal request, and don’t answer their phones. The service desk operator is no help at all.

Is there anything else I can do to get my money back?

Hi Michelle,

You can try to contact their regulator in Vanuatu if you can get through to someone there. Otherwise just call you bank and request a chargeback.
