InteractiveOption Withdrawal Problem

I’ve made a withdrawal request to InteractiveOption in 23.02.2016 and still pending!
In “withdrawal policy” they say that you will wait maximum 10 business days for approval.They already exceed the limit.
The verification for documents compliance was made before.
They don’t respond on emails or chat!
Should I submit a complaint to CySec?

Hi Marius,
CySEC recently suspended Interactive Options license. You can read the report here.
You should definitely submit a complaint to CySEC, and see if you are covered under their investors compensation fund.
