They kept asking me for more and more documentation to verify the account and no matter what i gave them they kept saying they wanted more and more. In the end i said that i wanted my money back as it was never-ending.
Now they are saying i still have to verify my account before they can give me a refund. What should i do?
The required documents needed to verify an account should be listed somewhere on their website.
As a CySEC licensed broker, if you did not place any trades and you do not verify your account, they should just refund the money to you.
Make sure you email their finance and complaint email addresses, and not just talk to a salesman.
If all else fails, call your credit card company and have them process a chargeback.
