I am investing with ImperialCFD and want to know if trading funds (90K USD) locked in a MT5 platform be retrieved.  The Company ImperialCFD website not functioning.  The broker missing for 4 weeks.  Skype communication now void. Emails not answered.

What should I do to get my money back from ImperialCFD.

Hi Carol,
We just checked their website and see that it is working, it could be that they blocked access from your country. Try connected with a VPN to the brokers website.
It seems that Imperial CFD is an offshore broker that is registered in St Vicent.

Maximus Global Markets LLC is registered with the Financial Services Authority FSA in St. Vincent & the Grenadines. The objects of the Company are all subject matters not forbidden by International Business Companies (Amendment and Consolidation) Act, Chapter 149 of the Revised Laws of Saint Vincent and Grenadines.

Either way, it is important to contact your banks fraud department, and report them. See if your bank can process a chargeback against the company.
